Gareth is local to Colwyn Bay: he was born here and has lived in North Wales all his life.

He joined Amphletts as a Solicitor in 1988 and became a Partner with Chris Hind (now retired) in 1990. He is now a Director of Amphletts Solicitors Limited with Simon Owen, and together they run this local, friendly and approachable firm.

Gareth has a wealth of knowledge in all manner of disputes, with particular reference to employment matters, accident claims and all other types of dispute. He is keen to achieve the outcome the client wants and will always give fair and impartial advice.

Simon has been with the firm for nearly fifteen years and has a wealth of knowledge in conveyancing, wills and the administration of estates. He also undertakes probate work.

He is a Co-Director of Amphletts Solicitors with Gareth Edmondson, and together they spend a considerable amount of time and effort running this friendly and approachable firm.

Alan is a fully qualified Solicitor and has been with Amphletts since 1996. Like the other solicitors in the firm, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

His particular field is family work. He is a Resolution accredited specialist and is accredited by the Law Society for the provision of family and children law services and care cases involving children.
