Accessibility

A website that works for everyone.

Our commitment to accessibility, and tips to make the site easier to use.

We are committed to making this site as accessible as possible.

Amphletts Solicitors is committed to making the information and resources on this website accessible to all users. We favour the principles of usability and universal design, which benefit everyone. By following these principles and using techniques that work with assistive technologies, separate resources for disabled users should not be required.

Why our website should be accessible

Like all providers of goods and services, we are obliged by law to take steps not to exclude people with disabilities. More than that, as a modern, inclusive firm, we recognise that the internet offers an opportunity to make information accessible to more people than any other medium.

How this site is built

  • Clear headings and landmarks, with a "skip to content" link at the top of every page
  • Text with strong colour contrast, which can be resized without loss of content
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines
  • Descriptive text for meaningful images
  • Reduced motion for visitors who have asked their device to minimise animation
  • Forms with labelled fields and on-page confirmation messages

Every effort is made to make our website accessible across all platforms and browsers. For the best experience we recommend keeping your browser up to date:
